Dr. George W Duncan, M.D.
Dr.Duncan graduated from University of MD Medical School in 1977 and was board certified in ophthalmology in 1982. He has been in private practice since 1984. Dr. Duncan has held several offices in medical professional societies, and is presently an instructor for the resident programs at MD General Hospital.

Dr. Elizabeth B McGinn, O.D.
Dr. McGinn, (wife of Martin) also graduated from PA College of Optometry in 1989. She enjoys fitting contact lenses, as well as pediatric exams. She will oversee the optical management portion of the practice. Dr. McGinn has served as President of the MD Optometric Association.

Dr. Martin J. McGinn, O.D.
Dr. McGinn graduated from PA College of Optometry in 1988. He has been practicing with Dr. Duncan for the past 14 years. He specializes in contact lens, especially hard to fit cases and is a member of the American and MD Optometric Associations.

Dr.Mark Foley, O.D.
Dr. Foley graduated from PA College of Optometry in 1991. He has been practicing since graduation in the Towson area with specialty and general ophthalmological practices. Also a member of The American and Maryland OptometricAssociations.

Kimberly A Madsen, M.D.
Dr.Kimberly Madsen graduated from the Ohio State Medical School in 2005 and just completed her opthalmology residency at the University of MD. She is a member of the American Academy of Opthalmology and the Society of Cataract and Retractive Surgeons.
