Dr. Duncan graduated from Cornell University in 1973. He received his M.D. at University of Maryland Medical School in 1977, and completed his internship year in Internal Medicine at Union Memorial Hospital. Dr. Duncan went on to do a three-year ophthalmology residency at Maryland General Hospital. After residency, he then did an oculoplastics fellowship at Columbia University in New York. Dr. Duncan began his private practice in 1982 in Towson . Dr. Duncan has three children. When he is not working or spending time with his family, he is most often found on a tennis court.
Dr. Katherine Duncan graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University in 2008. She received her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2012. She completed an internship in internal medicine at Greater Baltimore Medical Center followed by ophthalmology residency at University of Maryland. After residency, Dr. Duncan completed a fellowship in orbital, oculoplastic and aesthetic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She practices comprehensive ophthalmology with an interest in oculoplastic surgery.
Dr. McGinn is a 1984 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and an l988 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He had been employed in private and commercial settings before joining Dr. Duncan's practice in 1996. Dr. McGinn is a member of the American and the Maryland Optometric Associations. He enjoys all types of patients and likes challenging contact lens cases. In his free time, he loves to play golf.
Dr. McGinn (wife of Martin) obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing in 1982 from University Maryland and her Doctor of Optometry Degree in 1989 from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is Past President of the Maryland Optometric Association and is a Board Member for the MD Society for Sight. Dr. McGinn has worked in both private and commercial optometric settings as well as general and pediatric ophthalmology practices. She joined MD EyeCare in 2000 and oversees the optical department. She enjoys patients of all ages and especially likes to fit contact lenses on those who have never worn them.
Dr. Foley graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore in 1986. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1991. Dr. Foley has been practicing since graduation in the Towson area with general and specialty ophthalmology practices. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Maryland Optometric Association.
